Our newest pet care solution, NB Pet Telehealth by GoLexi, helps make pet care affordable and convenient with 24/7 access to a trusted network of veterinarians. Pet parents can ask questions, discuss behavioral issues, training, and even get help determining if a trip to the ER or primary veterinarian is necessary. Real-time consultations take place by phone or video, and give pet parents the advice they need.

Additional Benefits Implemented so Far this Year: 

  • New Benefits Rx – Our pharmacy discount program has partnered with GeniusRx to provide big savings on home delivery directly through our member mobile app and web portal.

Elelife, our new digital marketplace, makes open enrollment deadlines a thing of the past with customized storefronts. And just announced, two new products will be available soon:

Additional Technology/Features Added so Far this Year: 

  • Provider Recommendation – We’ve updated our Provider Recommendation tool within the app and web portal to include more categories. Members can now  let us know which providers they’d like to see under Alternative Medicine, Chiropractic, Aetna Dental, Humana Dental, Hospital and Physician Discounts, Vision, Laser Surgery and Vet Network. The same tool members already know, now with more options.
